Will Highlight Election Reform
CHICAGO, IL- On Thursday, Free & Equal Elections Foundation announced their official involvement in "Paul Festival" a grassroots event praising Presidential candidate Ron Paul and the ideals of liberty. The event will bring together many independent minded organizations. It will be held at the Florida State Fairgrounds in Tampa, Florida from August 24th through August 26th.
"Free and Equal is ecstatic to stand up for election reform at the Paul Festival this coming August," said Founder and Chair Christina Tobin. "An open election process is one of the most important aspects of a free society and we are proud to represent these ideals at the upcoming gathering.
Tobin will also speak at the event, which will highlight her past experiences as well as discussing what Free & Equal will be working on going forward. The upcoming festival has already gained national attention since it was officially unveiled earlier this week. The Paul Festival emphasizes bringing together individuals and groups from across the political spectrum. This was heralded by many, including Free & Equal.
"Increasingly, citizens see the need for a transparent electoral system with true openness and reform," said Tobin. "Free and Equal is excited to be hosting the Paul Festival, and looks forward to leading the charge."
