Team Descriptions

 

Planning Committee Each team has an appointed team leader.  The board of directors and a leader of each team form the planning committee.
Board of Directors The board of directors is made up of a 5 person team of grassroots volunteers. Creates a system of support, and ensures that all tasks are successfully completed and on schedule.
Advisory Board The advisory board is an honorary group of people selected to help guide us and give the teams an outsider-looking-in perspective.
Legal & Finance Team This team is made up of professionals in legal, tax and accounting services.
Video Production Team The production team is in charge of video production which includes all post video productions like a documentary and DVD of the event. Works closely with Event Coordination Team.
Event Cordination Team The event coordination team is responsible for Sound, Lighting, all Stage Production.  It is a compilation of various crews who put the event together, and work during the event. (ground crews, parking attendants, ticket takers, stage crews, stage managers, liaisons.) Works closely with Talent Team 
Travel and Lodging Team This is the travel agency of the movement. This team is responsible for setting up travel and lodging packages for those who wish to attend the event.
Communications Team This team is responsible for setting up interviews and working with the Media Relations Team, also writing and distributing Press Releases, newsletters, keeping social networking sites up to date, blogging and other forms of communications for the event.
Vendors & Sponsors Team This team is responsible for creating a vendors and sponsorship package and to pursue and find sponsors and vendors for Paul Festival
Merchandise Sales Team The sales merchandise team is responsible for distributing Paul Festival Merchandise (hats, t-shirts, mugs, etc)
Media & Press Team Media Relations team handles all incoming requests for interviews, and coordinates with the Communications team on setting up interviews. Media relations is also responsible for finding negative or misrepresented stories and work to correct or respond to such misrepresentations.
Sales & Fund Raising Team Sales and fundraising team is responsible for setting up and organizing all revenue generated from Paul festival. This team includes ticket sales and donations and will work with the Merchandise team and the Vendors and Sponsorship team.
Marketing & Promotions Team Responsible for creation and implementation of all ideas for getting the event into the public.
Talent Team Responsible for procuring musicians, comedians, and celebrities for the event.
Visual Communications Team Responsible for creation of all Visual Communications Media... Web Site, Graphics, Logos, Merchandise and Art.
